Sweet Baby M had her own agenda when for how her newborn session go-lol! She arrived sleeping, and we captured some beautiful shots of her on the fabric, and while I was posing her she decided that sleep was for the birds and didn’t want to miss a minute of all the action going on. Generally speaking, we want our newborns to sleep during their photography session with us. Yes, awake newborn shots can be just as beautiful as sleeping shots, but most of the time when baby is awake they are moving around- a lot! Shots that are in focus become quite difficult and we laugh because a lot of time their eyes will actually be going in a few different directions at the same time. 🙂 This beautiful gal was quite content though to look around inquisitively, and Matt captured a shot that is just too cute. After a full feeding and my baby whispering skills, she was right back to sleep for me and we finished up with her props shots.
